AERZEN EXPANDS OPERATIONS WITH A NEW TURBO PRODUCTION PLANT IN SOUTH KOREA

On March 12, 2024, AERZEN – a leading provider of compressed air, gas, and vacuum solutions, proudly announces the inauguration of its new Turbo production plant in Cheongju, South Korea.

With a total area of 5,614 square meters, this facility marks a significant milestone in the company’s commitment to continuous innovation, efficiency, and expansion. AERZEN’s presence in South Korea represents the birth and certification of airfoil bearing technology in turbo blowers. Supported by a strong supply chain, our skilled technicians and experts leverage optimal operational efficiency and continuous advancements. The establishment of this new plant will further enhance this synergy, unlocking AERZEN’s growth potential.

 

 

Key Highlights of the New Plant:

  1. Modern Technology: The facility is equipped with the latest technological advancements to streamline the production process, ensuring precision and efficiency at every stage.
  2. Enhanced Capacity: With additional production lines, AERZEN is now better positioned to meet the growing global demand in sectors such as water treatment, food and beverage processing, furnace operations, air transport, and more, all while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  3. Green Initiative: We proudly integrate environmentally friendly practices into our operations, aiming to minimize waste, reduce energy consumption, and uphold our commitment to sustainable development.
  4. Job Creation: The expansion has created over 50 new job opportunities in the local community.
  5. Product Innovation: AERZEN Turbo recently launched new turbo blower models with 35 and 60 horsepower capacities, marking a significant step in meeting market demands. Additionally, our turbo container solutions and AERsmart technology are designed to address more complex market needs. With the upcoming product launch in May 2024, industries will benefit from a remarkable 10% improvement in energy efficiency, a more than 30% increase in operational capacity, and reduced carbon emissions.

 

To celebrate this momentous occasion, AERZEN will host the Inauguration Ceremony on March 12, 2024. The event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a factory tour, and presentations by the company’s executives. We warmly invite our valued partners to join us in commemorating this exciting milestone. The event will take place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at AERZEN Turbo’s Osong plant in Cheongju, South Korea.
